Here at YP Farms we strive to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction. From picking the best produce from our farms to our careful packing and shipping to our follow up with our customers, we aim to show our love and loyalty at every step. But if you are not satisfied with your experience with us, we would like to correct it. Return of perishable products is usually not feasible. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please contact YP Farms immediately upon receipt of your items.
You may request an exchange on any of our products within 5 days from the receipt of shipment, if the products in question are deemed by YP Farms to be faulty. You may be asked to submit proof of product condition (e.g., digital photograph). If a return is due to our error, we will gladly cover all shipping costs.
If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
If an item is damaged upon arrival and the item was shipped by YP Farms, we will pay for the shipping to replace the damaged products, and make sure that you receive the correct item at no extra cost to you. However, items that are shipped using the customer’s own shipping labels or shipping method will be the responsibility of the customer for all shipping costs.

For order cancellations, we will make every effort to make changes or cancel an order after it is placed, if requested. However, we can not guarantee an order can be stopped or changed after it has been placed.
